Influencer Terms Last updated: July 2026 These Influencer Terms govern collaborations between Prime Web Consulting LLC and influencers promoting SellMoreWithVideo. 1. Eligibility Influencers must be at least 18 years old and provide accurate contact information. 2. Collaboration Collaborations may include sponsored content, product reviews, social media posts, videos, livestreams or other promotional activities. 3. Content Requirements Influencers agree to: • Present honest opinions. • Comply with applicable advertising laws. • Clearly disclose sponsored content where required. • Maintain professional and respectful communication. 4. Compensation Compensation may consist of fixed payments, commissions, free services or other agreed benefits. Payment terms will be specified separately for each collaboration. 5. Intellectual Property Unless otherwise agreed in writing, influencers retain ownership of their original content. By participating in the collaboration, the influencer grants Prime Web Consulting LLC a non-exclusive right to repost or share the published promotional content for marketing purposes. 6. Prohibited Activities Influencers must not: • Make false or misleading claims. • Damage the reputation of SellMoreWithVideo. • Use fraudulent methods to generate traffic or sales. • Violate applicable laws or platform policies. 7. Termination Either party may terminate the collaboration at any time. Any outstanding payments for completed work will be handled according to the individual agreement. 8. Changes Prime Web Consulting LLC reserves the right to update these Influencer Terms at any time. 9.
