Last updated: June 2026 1. Cancellation before production starts You may cancel and receive a full refund up until production kick-off (typically within 24 hours after your briefing call). 2. During production Once production has started, refunds are pro-rated according to the work already performed. Any raw storyboard or scripts stay with you. 3. After delivery All sales are final after the final video has been delivered and accepted. If the final delivery does not match the agreed brief, we offer additional revision rounds at no cost. 4.
